ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation ceremony held at the Analysis Section of the Analytical Control Department of the Okuma Analysis and Research Center

On February 13, 2024, the Analysis Section of the Analytical Control Department of the Okuma Analysis and Research Center, which is in charge of third-party analysis of ALPS treated water at the Radioactive Material Analysis and Research Facility Laboratory-1*1, received ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for tritium analysis. On March 29, a certificate of accreditation was awarded by PJLA*2.
The ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation indicates that the company has established a quality control system based on international standard and that the reliability of the analysis results has been internationally recognized.
We will continue to strive for reliable analysis of nuclides other than tritium by using the same or similar methods.
